Appointments:
Please arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. We
groom by appointment only, therefore if you are going to be more than 15 minutes
late, we may have to reschedule your appointment.
Please make sure your dog has had a chance to go “potty” before your
appointment. This allows your pet to be more comfortable during grooming, and
could save us from having to re-bathe him/her.
For the safety of your pet and us, please have your pet on a leash when
you come for your appointment. Even if you are carrying your small dog, please
have a leash and collar or harness on your pet. We don’t like to take a pet
from its owner’s arms; it is one of the easiest ways to be bitten. Leashes
also prevent simple accidents, like a door opening unexpectedly.
Please let us know about all health and behavioral issues. If your dog has
an “attitude”, make us aware. We can usually work around an issue if we
know it exists, but ignorance can be dangerous to your pet and us.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify us as soon as
possible.
De-Matting:
Our first priority is the comfort and safety of your pet. Although we will
attempt to de-mat your dog’s coat it is not always possible. Unfortunately in
many cases shaving or shortening the coat is the only option. Please keep in
mind that it is only fur and if we must shave or shorten the coat it will
grow back, and we can start over.
Payment:
Payment is expected at time of service.
Personal checks are accepted, as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and
American Express.
There is a $25.00 fee charged for all returned checks.
